If you require a tax invoice, please send through a VAT invoice request to email@example.com to process this request. But we however are also obligated by our organization to supply an invoice upon receiving full payment from all our clients.
To cancel a pending booking please email firstname.lastname@example.org, depending on a tour a service charge maybe levied against such action.
We will confirm all bookings on the email that you used when you making a booking on Sleep Africa Website.
Sleep Africa does not have a downloadable App to your phone at the moment. However any user can make use of their phone internet browser to access Sleep Africa website which is responsive to any mobile device. You will enjoy similar benefits if not more easy to use service on your mobile device.
EFT or Direct Deposit
At the moment clients are encourage to only make use of the EFT or Direct deposit to our bank account which will be provided on the invoice sent on booking confirmation. Other secure methods of payments will be looked at in the near future.
